Sabino had a fascination with the perfect female form. Like many other figurines this one appears to be simple and refined to the casual observer, but was extraordinarly difficult to produce. Only 8 or 9 of every 100 figures to come out of the molds could be polished and perfected to the standard Sabino demanded.
